In 2021, a lifelong friend of Worth's learned that he had been secretly writing songs and had amassed a sizable catalogue. Curious, the friend asked to listen to a few of Worth's songs. After some hesitation, Worth agreed and shared some of his work. Impressed, his friend encouraged him to share his music with the world, insisting that "the world needed to hear your songs." Worth, however, explained that he had no plans to pursue his music further, viewing it merely as a private creative outlet and a form of therapy.

Despite Worth's reluctance, his friend connected him with Ron Alan Cohen (www.ronalancohen.com), an award-winning producer, songwriter, and artist. Although Worth was hesitant to engage, he decided to speak with Cohen. During their initial conversation, Worth made it clear that he considered himself northing more than a closet songwriter. Cohen understood but emphasized that Worth's friend, who was also a close friend of Cohen's, wanted him to hear Worth's music.

Worth agreed to send several songs to Cohen, who promised to provide honest feedback despite being very busy, which might result in a delayed response. To Worth's surprise, Cohen got back to him relatively quickly, expressing his desire to try to develop and mentor Worth as an artist. He was drawn to the passion and uniqueness found in Worth’s lyrics, melodies, and voice. Furthermore, he recognized that the music had a very cinematic feel to it which is Cohen’s professional expertise – writing, recording, and producing music for TV and film. Cohen has won two Emmy awards.

The next step for Cohen was to determine if Worth could successfully make the leap from writing to also recording as the vocal requirements are demanding. They started by producing one song, which both Cohen and Worth described as a magical collaboration and experience. This initial project laid the foundation for what has since become a fruitful working relationship.

Worth's debut single is scheduled for release in March 2025, followed by a full album later this year.
